Hogs One & Only Luxury Tent One

A self-catering luxury tent set in the heart of the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve a mere 1-hour drive from Johannesburg. The accommodation consists of a 1arge tent complete with a King size bed, en suite bathroom, a separate fully equipped kitchen, braai & fire pit with a large outside patio. It boasts a Plunge pool and a large wooden deck.

The tent house is a great option for a small family or a couple breakaway. This tent is well secured with keypad access and separate from the main lodge for privacy and not for the faint-hearted.

Absolutely amazing!  My mother, who is 89, and I enjoyed a wonderful relaxing time at Hogs Main House.  The owners, Gareth and Klaudia were absolutely wonderful, welcoming and helpful.  The facility was impeccable with all the luxury one needs in the bush. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hogs Guesthouse in Dinokeng. The tented camp is perfectly secluded, nestled deep in the heart of the bush, offering an incredibly private and tranquil retreat. It’s the ideal escape for anyone wanting to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature. The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for to ensure a comfortable stay. The owners truly go above and beyond; they were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests, making us feel right at home. Overall, Hogs Guesthouse provided an authentic and relaxing bush experience in a private setting. Wow! What a place! We celebrated my hubby's 70th birthday at tent 2. Right in the bush, it was heaven! The tent had all the luxuries you could ask for and the most comfy king size bed. We even got into the cuddle puddle with some champagne and had lovely braais listening to the sounds of the bush. Gareth made us feel at home and the whole area was well organised and spotlessly clean. The spine chilling noises of the bush at night in a tent were quite something! Heard hyaenas and a jackal came to visit in the clearing nearby. The clear skies and the stars we saw were just amazing. Thank you for this piece of paradise, we will be back for sure!

We went on a family holiday and stayed in the main house and cottage. The accommodation was clean, spacious and just perfect. Lovely braai area and outdoor area for an evening enjoying the bush sounds. It was just an absolute treat to be nestled in the bush having everything we need.
